Repair for Version 8.0.00.09-11NOV11

If you installed the software from the CD

  • Put the CD in and open the folders to view files. 
  • From the folder KeyScan_App Please copy the file "Keyscan_install" to the desktop
  • Right click on the copied file and click run as administrator. 
  • Choose the repair option and follow directions (no need to restart the computer at the end of the repair)
  • Open KeyScan Imaging > go to file > calibrate scanner - put the white paper in and click OK.
  • Follow direction on screen.
  • Exit the program.     

If you installed the software from a downloaded program

  • Right click on the downloaded file (KS810-P 32-64bit 080009 11Nov11.exe) and click run as administrator. 
  • Choose the repair option
  • Open KeyScan Imaging > go to file > calibrate scanner - put the white paper in and click OK.
  • Follow direction on screen
  • Exit the program.  


If this did not resolve the issue, please do uninstall and reinstall according to directions at "How To?"
